I’m pretty sure 2016 has never seen as many people being or becoming more mindful about themselves, their mental health and well-being, but also being mindful of what they eat.
I’ll hold my hand up to count myself in that broad-sweeping bunch of people as I’ve made and continue to make changes towards my well being with a particular view on food.
Two ladies that are preaching what they practice are Mary Butler and Erica Balfour who are running Feed Your Mind retreats in Kilkenny, combining mindfulness workshops with food workshops. Healthy body, healthy mind, healthy outlook, you know?
