Second time out, it’s all good – the Ken On Food podcast is in the wild.
Back in 2017 I had looked at putting the podcast together to go along with the blog and some on air activities.
The timing, as it turned out, was all wrong – but 2019 is much better.
Episode 1 is available now and there’s a roadmap for the first 25 episodes which is a super haul when you’re planning.
Over the next few months I’ll be spending time talking to food producers in and around Kilkenny, then following that up by meeting the chefs working with local produce.
