I’ve decided to relaunch kenmc.com and archive off nine or ten years of blog posts.
Doing that thing I do with heaps of domain names (including a raft of personal domain names), I felt the content on kenmc.com should be more reflective of what I’m into day-to-day and a lot of that is in gaming.
Granted, I don’t get near enough the amount of time across a week to commit to a game – my Football Manager career at Pisa is absolute testament to that – but I do enjoy it all the same.
The original content – now at archive.kenmc.com – hadn’t been touched in years.
It originally launched as my first WordPress blog back in 2004/2005 when I began writing about all things technology, from shopping for the Nokia N95 to fixing blue screen errors on Dell laptops (easily one of my most read posts, ever). In recent years, however, not so much.
I drifted into music, I continue to write about food, theatre, you name it, but every new venture in writing meant more domains, more hosting.
So when I decided to start writing about gaming, partly in hope to getting more time to invest in gaming, I made the move to change my main gamer tags to kenmc056 and start writing under kenmc.com.
There’s a plan, there’s always a plan, but for the moment you can check out posts on Football Manager, Flight Simulator, the Tony Hawk revival and more besides.
I’ll be tweeting separately too, check out @kenmc056 on Twitter and Instagram.
